Mackie ProFX Mixer
Mackie has gone and done it. They’ve created a new mixer that will undoubtedly serve as a “must have” for hip hop beatmakers/producers interested in a solution that can help speed up their tracking process. The USB capability, in particular, will revolutionize the workflow of many beatmakers/producers who yearn to use the multiple outs of their pivotal workhorses. I see this mixer as an ideal addition for those MPC users who’ve longed to go with the individual outs over the main outs. Plus with an aggressive price point, (it lists for $279), I suspect that Mackie has a winner on their hands, much like in the vain of the CR and VLZ series.
